I eat these quite frequently and never get sick of them. I have a sensitive stomach and these are easy to digest.

In October, I stepped on a scale and it said 350 pounds. It’s not that I didn’t know it but when you see it it’s a little shocking. I am 6’3”, but I knew I had to make a change. Six months later, I’m now 235 pounds and one of the things that help get me there was a massive change in my diet. These IQ bars have been one of the staples that I’ve been eating every day. They give me a little boost of energy without a bunch of carbohydrates and I enjoy them with their good flavor. I’m basically doing a keto diet and these fit in my diet plan. Maybe, there’s 1 million other reasons to eat these but that’s the reason why I do. I purchased these every other week and I will continue to. These are one of the things that I’ve probably added to my diet forever.

As far as protein bars go this is a good quality bar. Some may not like the grittyness but I did not mind it. Good flavor and no aftertaste.
