MDP4Men - Absorbent Sleeves for Urinary Drip Protection for Men 90 Pack

I still think MDP is one of the better products for this purpose. Works exceptionally well for me. They have addressed delivery issues. I ordered the 90-pack one day and the next day it was delivered. I was impressed. I still think expanding the product line to include variations in absorbance and capacity. The box indicates Light Drips + Leakage. It might be a simple as extending the sides up the shaft on each side. Might add a variation for medium and heavy drips & leakage. I have tried many and keep coming back to MDP. A close 2nd is Male Urine Guard by Jackson Medical Products - includes an inner liner pouch and outer plastic pouch. It provides more order control and easy to "on and off". I sometimes use both together.

I have issue with my prostate, I tried these sleeves to see if they work. I will never know the sleeve won't stay on my penis, each time I move it slips off. It does not mater how tight I make the wraps it keep falling off. I asked if there is away to make them work or change a size, received no response up to now.

Highly recommended for those with abnormal drip condition

These are OK if you're having a few tiny drips and dribbles. There's really not much absorbent padding and the padding doesn't go up the sides. There can be open gaps on the sides if you're not careful. Don't be in a hurry to install one of these. Getting it situated and staying put is quite fussy while you're pulling the two straps and getting them to stick tightly. Fairly comfortable inside regular underwear.

I’ve tried nearly ALL the guards and pads on Amazon and find this one works best. Easy on and off. I talked to my urologist about keeping the Velcro tight and he said it wouldn't be a problem. I’ve gone as long as 6 hours between bathroom breaks without a problem. If you follow the directions and make sure you strap it tight so it doesn't fall off, it works great. Also the easiest product I've used to carry a spare. My friends say they may use them during really long football games to cut down on bathroom breaks :)

I’ve tried about everything I can find for intermittent leakage and these work best for me. I have bought them three times now.
