Exceptional Product! Delicious and bursting with flavor - low in sugar too!I use many AKI products and they are all exceptional.

The blueberry powder is gorgeous & delicious. I’m using it to flavor cake and frosting. But the jar came in a taped up plastic bag that was dusted inside with blueberry. Was it cracked before it was shipped? The outer box was not damaged and held other items I had ordered from Amazon. Wish I’d taken a picture right away. But here it is emptied, with the nice thank you samples, and then you can see the lovely powder in my own jar.

This powder gives you no directions on how best to use it. Plus every time you openIt most the powder flys all over it’s such a mess. They should at least indicate how best used.

Maybe I read the description wrong or had incorrect expectations. I bought this blueberry powder because I use freeze dried blueberries in my baking which I often have to blend into a powder. I was excited to save the dusty step. While this is not a bad product, it's not what I was expecting. It isn't similar in taste or color to any of the freeze dried blueberries I've ever used. I'm sure I'll find a use for it, I've just not discovered it yet.
