I have Resound Danalogic Ambio 77 hearing aids from Specsavers on the NHS. These domes are not compatible with those hearing aids as they are for a different technology. My privately supplied Resound Logix2 5 hearing aids, which I bought these domes for, have a wire taking the sound to tiny speakers inside the ear. My NHS hearing aids have tubes taking the sound from tiny speakers inside the structures behind the ear that go down inside the ear. The tulips are an integral part of the tubes and so cannot be changed. I hope that this may be helpful.

The domes are approx 12 mm at wide. They are very flexible unlike the harder plastic dome so will gi e good fit and much softer feel in ear.. So they can fit easily.. Having been using these for some time now and I find best type

The Ambio has a programme button near the top of the aid.
