My son got a Fitbit Ace 3 for Christmas and my 6yo daughter wanted something to track her steps too. I didn’t want to splurge on a fitness watch since I assumed she would either lose or break it. This watch is 1000% better than the Fitbit my son received! Setup was super quick and easy and it is way more user friendly. Plus the screen is color and the step counting is more accurate. My son actually prefers my daughter’s and it was so much cheaper! Highly recommend! I can’t speak to longevity yet as we have only had it for about a month, but so far so good!

***Update: the watch battery has been failing now after just 6 weeks of use, lasting only a bit over 24 hours before being depleted. We've now charged it zero to full twice in this weekend alone. Another issue is that the time shown is wrong, like the watch froze for an hour or two and then started counting again. Sync fixes this but it's annoying. Rating now updated to one star to reflect the issues above.We've been using this smartwatch for several weeks. The watch itself is bright, clear, and easy to read. The app provides useful info but isn't critical beyond the initial set up. The biggest downside is the need for regular charging once every few days which is hard for a kid to keep track of! This is a replacement for the Garmin Vivofit Jr 3 which has a year-long battery life but costs substantially more.The watch does it's job at being reasonably sized for small wrists, having an accurate pedometer, multiple alarms, and easy to read screen.

My 7 year old loves this! I didn't think she would really use a watch much, but it was one thing she specifically asked for for Christmas. I didn't want to spend a ton because of how little I thought she'd really use it. But she has used it almost every day since then! She loves knowing the time and tracking her activity. It holds a charge well and even though when it dies it needs to be reconnected to the app and updated to the correct time again, it is still easy to do. She loves that she can change the interface of the watch also!

I got 2 of these for my kids for Christmas and they are great. My kids love them. My daughters stopped working recently and after trying what the website says to try for troubleshooting I reached out to customer service through email. I was quite surprised how easy it was. They responded pretty fast and sent us a new one. They even followed up after we received it to make sure we didn’t have any issues. I have the app on my phone and not fully impressed with that but it does the job and for the price we are happy. I would definitely order these again. The only reason I didn’t do 5 stars is because of the app.

After my initial review, the company reached out to help me troubleshoot. When nothing worked, they mailed a replacement. We would order again because of their excellent customer service.We had this for about five months working great. We took our first swim and it completely stopped working. It says waterproof, but I have a very sad little girl because the screen won’t do anything now.

Wouldn’t charge after two months of using it.

The thing about this watch is that if you do not keep it charged, it will not charge again. This happened when I first got it, charged it and set it up then wrapped it and put it under the tree. It would not do anything, the company replaced it. The kids loved them - all was great and I just figured it was a fluke. Until we didn’t charge our watches right away and now it won’t charge again. 2 stars because the kids liked them and they pair easily with the phone, but only if you don’t let it die.

My kid loves it. The watch faces are fun. The only negative we have seen was with the app. It lost connection and in the middle of the day when we reconnected it to the watch it reset her steps.
