This is my go to knife! Very comfortable and also very sharp and stays sharp! Love this knife and will be buying it again since I dropped it and the blade snapped in half, so be careful with it.Edit: Did not realize that this knife has a lifetime warranty! I dropped the knife and it broke in half at the blade. I tossed it in the trash before I found out about the warranty. Unknown if warranty covers this, but in hind sight I would of tried to get it replaced since I don't think the blade should just break if you drop it.UPDATE: After contacting customer service, they have agreed to replace the knife that had broken! I included a copy of my original receipt and pretty much completely agreed to replace it. From their actions, this company is the real thing and does take pride in customer satisfaction!! A great product, perfectly priced, and great customer service to back it up!

Love this knife! I didn't have a serrated blade in my knife block. I needed one for particular tasks. This knife came sharp as a razor... straight out of the box! Nice heavy handle and is well-balanced! Worth every penny! I highly recommend this knife to anyone who needs a serrated knife or needs to replace one!

Bought the 14-piece set in holder. We were extremely pleased with these knives after using them for several months, so we added extra paring, utility, boning, and chef's knives so that we always have clean knifes available when switching among different foods - i.e. raw chicken to vegetables. Knives stay very sharp. Suggestion to the manufacturer: Provide extra slots in the knife block, so that specialty use knives can be added/stored later - there's plenty of space in the block for these extra spaces.

I have bought several sizes in this brand. They are extremely sharp and clean very easily. I don't put them in the dishwasher to protect the blades. They feel solid in your hand. They make cutting very easy.

This is my second knife from this company - my earlier purchase of a shorter paring knife turned out very well. As before, the new knife came expertly packed and presented. I was quick to test the blade, which I thought needed a bit of sharpening, but was shape-perfect for my use. It was the handle that presented a problem, though. The fine steel tang that runs all the way through the handle is riveted in place, and "should" be ground down so that it is flush with the wood surround. However, this was not the case with my new knife. The steel stuck up just slightly above the wood, presenting a very sharp edge that could cause a minor cut if not properly handled. What to do? Well, I took a small file and spent about ten minutes filing down the steel until it was flush. Scarred the handle just a bit, but better that than to face possible hand-cuts! Now? Ah, the knife is just fine, and I'll make it the center of my food preparation. Good, solid knife - happy story ending.

I am a bit of a snob when it comes to my knives so when I purchased this I did not have high expectations, but now I have to admit I am really impressed. Great quality, super sharp, and cuts like a dream. I can't say long term how it will hold up but I like it enough I am already ordering a second one!
