I bought this medium size kadai, it's just perfect and I love it a lot ,I am using it every day. I even ordered these kadais for my Mom and my sister. Also bought 4.8 lt bigger one additionally. The best steel kadai I have used so far

Review after 3 years
Have been using this since 3 years. Lasted very well, no dent or damage even after such long use. Very sturdy and will last many more years if used carefully. The only problem is that the food burns when I saute for over 5 mins, but easily deglazes with liquid. I find it difficult to achieve onion browning even on low flame. Great for other dishes where long saute periods are not required.
