When I received this, Only one light on one eye worked! I was really looking forward to this. It does say that this product is returned frequently.

The product works but you have to use common sense when. using. Must use with safe moisturizer or H-Acid Serum as recommended in the instructions. The fit for me although there are many different face shapes in the world. I feel the activation and stimulation under my eyes once the moisture of the serum or lotion makes contact with the pads of the device.

It is shocking lol. I’m going to have to use it more to see the difference but so far so good.

The vibration waves only work on one side

I was so excited to try this device. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I put it on. The inside eye pads (closest to the nose) make contact with the skin...but the larger eye pads do not because there is absolutely no flexibility to the frame. This results in no microcurrent activation. I've tried squeezing the frame to make contact with my skin and can feel the microcurrent kick in, but doing that hurts because it digs the hard underside of the frame into my eye sockets. Unless you have a huge face, there's no way those pads will ever touch your skin by simply just placing the glasses on. I contacted the seller to see what can be done. Will update when I hear back.

With the first use the sag under my eyes seemed to immediately look better. Every time I use these glasses the treatment not only feels good, but entire area looks better. I look forward to putting them on at the end of a long day, or first thing in the morning. Nice useful product.

The media could not be loaded. I have a few issues with these red light therapy glasses. I think the design is innovative and with a few improvements could be very convenient to use. However, currently when I put these on, they sit too far below my eyes to hit the bags and under eye area. I can scoot them up, but then they have a hard time staying in place. An adjustable center piece may help. Secondly, the intensity button does nothing to actually change the intensity (see video). The level of light intensity remains the same. Perhaps it is malfunctioning on my pair of glasses..
