The delivery time was excellent, and the packaging was secure.
1) Place the product in iced water or a cool environment below 18°C (64°F) to freeze it. 2) Wait for about 10-20 minutes for it to freeze. 3) Enjoy the cold holding time of approximately 40 minutes to 2 hours. 4) Place the neck cooling tube around your neck to benefit from its cooling properties.
