Making my own tofu.
I tried to make my own tofu using homemade soy milk! It’s not a easy! This gypsum is used as a coagulant for making tofu. It worked a bit but it wasn’t as firm as it should have been. It’s a work in progress. The price is honestly too high for some common calcium sulfate.
