Wow, blows your head off!
So strong it's almost inpalitable, but it's still great. I'm using it more as a health aid rather than an indulgence. A couple of chunks a day as an antioxidant. I'm starting to get use to the taste now. If you like sweet chocolate this is not for you. It's like putting a teaspoon of raw cocoa powder in your mouth.

I have a banana sliced up couple of chunks of chocolate and zap in the microwave for a minute then add a squirt of organic honey to balance out the bitterness it's delicious .
