Power form works better than Coligan pills.
I like this powder much better than the pills. Seems like my nails/hair grows faster when I take this item. I can sprinkle on fresh fruit, or put it in any protein shake.... even mix with ice cream...

Can do without it!
I like the fact that it really has no taste or after taste.I add it to my coffee and yogurt and I could tell thr difference in my skin and hair. Being using it for over two years and got family members and friends using it now.

False advertising of product size
When I purchased this product I thought I ordered a 20 oz bottle as that is what the product stated. The actual size I received was 10 oz! Please look at the photos I attached. The product barcode says 20 oz, however the bottle size is 10 oz. Very disappointing!
