I've been using the ab roller for about a week now and I'm very pleased with the results so far. The wheel is very smooth and handles my weight well. The standout feature of this ab roller is definitely the rebound belly wheel making the workout very easy. So far, I've experienced no problems with it. The knee pad is pretty useful as well.
