I bought this because another brand was temporarily out.Within one week of taking this product, my nipples hurt more than they ever did during menstruation. My labia are swollen and uncomfortable and the amount of cervical fluid is embarrassing and not normal, like I’m ovulating every day.I’m going back to my old brand which firmed my breasts as well as alleviated hot flashes.This product seems to work differently yet they are both called pureria mirifica.

These have great ingredients and seem like quality capsules. They don't have a terrible aftertaste and are easy to swallow. I have noticed with items like this you need to take it for 4-6 months (or at least I do) to see any kind of results, and then they'll be minimal or even unnoticeable unless you're journaling. I've noticed they help my moods even out. If other benefits come from taking these, that's a bonus. I wouldn't mind firmer breasts. Ha... But so far, there have been no adverse side effects.
