Q: Can I put modge lodge on glass and then pour the glitter on the modge podge?

This all depends more on what type of glass you are planning to use. Is this for a glass table, or are you trying to make a drinking glass? If your project is for anything that you will be planning to eat off or drink out of, then modge podge is NOT the way to go! If you are however making a travel mug with an inset for customization, then yes you are on the right track. For a glass table, I would recommend coating the bottom of the glass with modge podge and glitter. Make sure that you are using CLEAR modge podge if you with to still have clear glass. There are multiple types. This glitter is great for just about anything that you plan to do.
