I like the pouring spout design that makes it much easier to add sugar to my food quick and easy without a spoon. It tastes just like cane sugar and no aftertaste. It also has almost half of the calories of regular sugar. 1tsp of this product is 9.6 calories vs 1tsp regular sugar for 16 calories. This will now be my new regular pantry stock item for sure.

I use this as a 1:1 replacement for sugar. You can blend it to make powdered sugar or add molasses to make brown sugar. I have also used it in baking with no issues

So about 3 months ago I ordered some xylitol gum not expecting muchthe benefits sounded to good to be true. First chew of gum to the last, every sore on my tongue, nips from biting my cheek or lip... no matter what issue in my mouth at the time, it healed in the same day and my usual geographic tongue from my allergies even dissapeared. I expected the pure xylitol Crystal's to be stronger but I can't really tell if it's working or not as far as being the bacterial weapon I experienced with the gum. The bad bacteria in our mouths mistake it for sugar because its sweet and it prevents uptake of more sugar and the bacteria starve. I'm going to attempt to powder it and make a liquid and see if it works better but as just a sweetener it's great.

Great alternative to sugar and other substitutes. Love the easy to pour out. Buying it on Amazon was even cheaper than buying it at my grocery store.
