Good Little Bike with Even Better Customer Service!!
This is my second electric bike, the first was a Whirlwind C4 and that lasted 2 years and over 3 thousand miles, it had gained a few issues over that time, especially with the chain, which was why when I saw this bike and it's alternative belt drive I felt compelled to give it a try. Aside from electric bikes, I've had mountain bikes, road bikes, and hybrid bikes, both for commuting and leisure, I cycle a heck of a lot. That all being said, this bike is the most expensive I have ever bought, and by a long way, so my expectations were very high coming in. I'm still very much getting to grips with the bike, and will be updating this review over time to reflect my experiances, but I've got to say that the company behind it are the most helpful I've ever encountered on this platform, and have gotten in touch with me to help solve the things I was unhappy with. Again, I'll be going into more detail regarding the bike itself so that this review is the best I can provide, but this bike is well worth consideration, and I would buy for this company again in the future.

Easy assembly, great quality bike. Get this.
Easy to assemble straight out of the box. This bike in this colour looks stunning. We've yet to put it through it's paces but having read many reviews and watched several YouTube videos from owners we are confident that we have made the right choice, the perfect balance between price and quality components. Some very similar spec bikes are twice the price. The folding mechanisms mean we can very easily pack this away in the car for our caravan holidays via a new carriage bag we've bought.I am so impressed with it that I've ordered another one so wifey and I can have one each and go exploring together.....or travel to the local shop for milk etc.I did order a different seat (fitted in the pic) which is a gel one because normally stock seats are not very comfy, tbh the supplied one doesn't feel that bad.Gotta give this bike a 10/10

Security is a problem
I haven't yet been able to ride the bike as the rain has been torrential ever since it arrived, so this is about assembly, features and appearance.1. I'm going to start with FEATURES because this gave me the worst shock among the other little niggles and failings: there is no way to secure the battery when it's on the bike. I assumed, clearly wrongly, that because every other ebike I looked at had some form of locking mechanism for the battery then this one would have one too. It seemed an obvious standard security precaution. But no. If you don't want your battery nicked when you park this bike, you're going to need at least three security devices - back wheel/frame, front wheel, and something to fix the saddle (as that's the only part of the battery unit with bits one can use with a cable or other lock) to the frame. Or lug it around with you. In my view this is an appalling oversight and would have swung me against buying this bike had I realised. It cannot be beyond wit or wallet to make the securing lever lockable, can it?A carry bag would have been a useful addition but, while I know that this was given as a freebie to recent buyers on the website, it's not available to buy there or here on Amazon.Similarly, there is a rear rack available but you can't buy it on its own, you have to have the iron fenders as well. The display is basic but functional and connecting to the app was straightforward, even if the Chinese to English translation, and some of the in-app navigation, is occasionally eccentric. Why no USB charging port? Seems to be fairly standard elsewhere.I expected the bell to be electronic not mechanical.I'm finding it difficult to fold - everything, especially the main centre fold, seems very stiff - but that may be my technique and will, I hope, improve with time.2. ASSEMBLY: not too bad. The written instructions took a little deciphering but the videos were almost useless as they run at breakneck speed. The supplied front fender needs some serious deforming of the brackets to get it onto the bike. The handlebar assembly was weird to me. The images give no indication that the securing lever is not situated at the front, where my symmetrical brain expected it to be, but is slightly offset, leading to a frustrating 15 minutes trying to get the upright vertical!I am going to want a more comfortable saddle but have so far failed miserably to budge the securing bolt on the existing one even a micrometre.3. APPEARANCE: mostly ok. It looks and feels robust while still being lighter, I think, than any comparable e-bike, and the carbon drive belt is cool. It manages to look quite sleek even with the chunky crossbar. But I detest the colour. It is not the slightly sophisticated greyish-blue that it seems to be in the images, but a garish baby-blue that only a five year old could love. It will be getting a grown-up paint job just as soon as I can organise it.If the ride itself is sufficiently wonderful to outweigh some of these issues then I'll revise my rating but, for now, three stars is generous, especially in view of the serious battery security issue.

Great little bike
Super easy to ride and hadn't ridden a bike in about 20 years. Am really pleased and has opened up a load of places to explore that are a bit too far to walk or inaccessible by car or bus.Only complaint would be the saddle is a little uncomfortable after about an hour, might get used to it.
