They arrived pretty well wrapped. No pot just the roots wrapped in peat moss (i think it was). They looked pretty good. I planted in Miracle Grow Organic Container soil in 3.3" pots & put under a grow light until they were ready to move outside. They look good after being outside for a couple weeks but always keep in mind.... these "hot" peppers grow very very slow. Don't over water & must be patient. At the end of the day, I got 3 in good shape & as of now, all 3 have survived & are growing well from what I can see.

Arrived half dead, full of aphids and only one out of 3 survived. 2/ 3 died because of the condition they arrived in, not beause of my care.

Well packaged, product came fresh and grest communication and instructions from the seller on transitioning the plant. plants are thriving.

Plants are doing well in my kitchen window for now, and I was very happy with how they looked with they arrived. They get lots of morning sun, and so I think they will be okay for now, but I would like to put them outdoors. However, I think it is too hot here (110°), and my jalapeño plant regular Habanero plant are suffering from the heat and are not making chilies.I plan to put these plants outdoors after it cools down to 100° or less, but that might be a while - not the seller's fault, of course. I'm in Palm Springs now, and my basil plants are doing very well outdoors, but I have to water them two or three times a day.I highly recommend this seller. Plants were shipped with a warning to keep the package cool, and so the post office waited until morning to deliver it.ETA: Eight months later I am now getting ripe chilies, but they are very tiny. I have the plants in huge pots - almost as big as whiskey barrel planters - but they still might be rootbound. They grew very well during the winter here in Palm Springs being outside all the time. I am ready now to put one of them in the ground and see if that will help it make larger chilies. I've been feeding the plants regularly, and now I only have to water them daily.
