It took me at least 2 hours to put it together by myself, but it was manageable. For the price, I'm a satisfied customer. The planks with velcro seem sturdy. My intention with the bedframe is not for every day use, but more so as a guest room bed. The only thing is, I thought the color would be vibrant like emerald green...it's giving more so olive green.

The shipping was horrible! Not from the seller but from UPS who they use. I put the bed together in an hr by myself and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. There's no reading instructions but if you can look at the picture and read the letters on the parts, you are good to go. The color came as the picture looks. I love it 💚

We've had this king-size velvet bed frame for over a year now and we’re still absolutely happy with it!It even survived a move without any issues and still looks just as perfect as it did on day one.It's super comfortable to sleep in, and the velvet gives it such an elegant touch.The green shade is absolutely perfect - not too dark, not too light. Assembly was easy and straightforward. Highly recommended!

Love love love this bed, I had to buy it twice for my little sisters room, it’s very easy to clean, very affordable, I put it together my self so it was a breeze to put up.

I’m a single female who put this bed together alone & and it was fairly easy to put together but make sure that you pay attention to which way the holes need to face to be screwed. I mixed up a few of the pieces and had to redo it and that was a hassle. It took approximately 1hr 1/2 to 2 hrs for me to put it together alone but I’m sure it would be quicker with 2 or more ppl. The little tool that it comes with was aggravating to use when connecting the sides of the bed because it was too long to turn. Overall, this bed is great quality for what I paid ($179 I believe). As far as longevity, I don’t see it lasting forever but if I’m gentle on it should last a while. I purchased the black bed and the color is nice and deep. It seems sturdy enough but I think adding a box spring will be too heavy.

This bed is beautiful! Very sturdy and so easy to put together! Took about 30 minutes for my husband and I to put together. It has an adjustable headboard so it can be higher or lower depending on what the height of your mattress.My daughter loves this new change to her bedroom!

My husband and I needed to replace our bed. We had a high-end set that was just not working for us and sadly not very supportive. We each have back issues; he's already had back surgery and I have pelvic and lower back issues from numerous car accidents. To say it's important for us to have a bed that allows us to wake up with as little pain as possible is an understatement. After reading through tons of reviews for different bed frames and mattresses, this is the bedframe we went with. I had high hopes, and we went for it. NO REGRETS! As I was building it I thought some of the component pieces were a bit flimsy for the sides, but as I continued building it I realised much of the reinforcement for that came with the metal frame the mattress would sit on. I did a lot of research wanting to make sure the bedframe itself was not only wood but had metal center supports. We needed to have a good foundation for the mattress that would sit on top since we were not using a box spring. I put this together myself while my husband was at work, and it went together fairly quickly and easily. The box itself was quite heavy and I took the pieces up individually rather than try to carry everything up at once. I did not have any issues with bolts fitting or threading properly . The green velvet is a lovely colour. Nice and rich and not too bright. Soft to the touch but not overly so, and the foam beneath is firm but depresses when pushed. We have been able to lean against the headboard while sitting up in bed and it’s been perfect. It was also important for me to have a headboard that would go as high as possible because our previous bed had a really tall headboard, and I love the look of it. While it was difficult finding a tall headboard that looked classy and had the green velvet, this one was the tallest I could find that met all the other criteria. The support slats are fairly simple pieces of wood, but they are quite supportive when everything is together, and I loved the Velcro that held them tight along the support rail. We have not had any issue of sound, squeaking, shifting or sliding. We are really happy with this purchase! We paired it with a DreamCloud mattress, and it’s a match made in heaven! Finally sleeping great!A couple things that I did not love about the overall design but does not affect how much I love this bed are the following. In the one picture, you will see how the headboard stops and the thin wrapped support continues down behind the mattress. I would rather not see a gap or such an obvious transition from headboard to support legs. The only other critique I would give is the screw on legs at the footboard are a heavy grade plastic, and at some point down the road I may replace these with something else. In the meantime they have a nice look and don’t stand out in general. The height of the bed from the bottom of the side rails and the floor allows much of what we stored under the bed to still fit. A couple items were a little too tall, but overall, the height of this bed to allow for storage underneath is a bit taller than others I compared it to.

I couldn’t be happier with this king platform bed frame! It’s incredibly sturdy, with no squeaking or shifting, even after months of use. The assembly was straightforward, and all the pieces fit together perfectly. I love the sleek, modern design—it looks great in my bedroom without being bulky. Plus, the platform design means no need for a box spring, which is a huge bonus. A high-quality bed frame at a great price—definitely recommend!
