Gentle form of Lysine, easy to take, no stomach upset. I don’t see much effect at the moment as I just started taking these, but the size and texture of the capsules is good.

Lysine *does* stop shingles in its tracks if you catch it early enough.This lysine does work. Some other lysine brands I have tried don't seem to work as well, and I can't figure out why??I have been using lysine for 6 years and I know this works for my recurring shingles. If I cheat and eat too much chocolate or oatmeal or brown rice, etc. (high-arginine/low-lysine foods--look into this if you haven't discovered this--changed my life!) and I feel the shingles coming on (I can tell now after so many years--tingly skin, tiredness, etc.) I take a lysine and another couple over the day/night and it stops the shingles from really getting going and developing all the way to blisters and other shingles stuff.I can also take lysine before eating oatmeal, chocolate, etc. and it will keep the shingles away.And I have had friends take lysine after they have developed full-blown shingles and, according to their doctors, their recovery was markedly quick.Try it!

Amazing what a difference this product makes for shingles, mass cell, and other autoimmune issues. You must keep consistent with the pills though, overtime you will notice a huge difference. Make sure you take at same time everyday otherwise symptoms may quickly come back. If I miss one dose my rashes are much more red/noticeable and will come on when the next dose is due on flareup days. Hope you guys can stick through a few weeks with slow/no results (builds up in body), because the wait is so worth it. It make a difference on symptoms, energy and happiness! Yes they are big pills but I take 2 (twice daily) you get used to the size and if you eat and drink water with each dose you should be good! Also it came quick and is fairly in expensive so go head and try!
