Creased tablemats
Delivery was fine and packing appeared fine but upon extracting one mat from the package it was apparent that it was very creased.( see photograph which shows single mat upon a narrow table).Naturally there were creases at the point of fold but also additional ones which is a mystery to me as mats were folded to third of their area.The colour was as expected as was the finish.Time will tell whether the two long edges will fray after use and washing. The shorter edges have a more substantial overlap style sewn borderI’m hoping that after wash and dry the creases will come out.These are a good size for dinner plate and cutlery.(see photo with 29mm.diameter dinner plate).Assuming creases disappear upon wash and colour is retained then I would upgrade to 4stars.
