good quality product but didn't really make a difference.
I bought this as it was more appropriate length between my PC and the router, I had about 60FT of coiled Cat5 left behind by Virgin about 6 years ago when they installed fibre broadband. Now I've changed ISP to 'normal' broadband I thought I'd try to maximise reception by getting an Cat6 of the right length (about 12ft). The quality is great and it hasn't got the plastic/rubber hood you sometimes get around these things which prevent you from having another connection in the neighbouring ethernet socket. Did it make a difference? Not really!! If anything it appeared to make the connection slower and or seemed to make the browsers load in a different way. There are many technical reasons why this could be so, I spoke to the local guy (you know the one that every town has, had his electrical shop for 35 years and everyone knows him) he said it doesnt really matter Cat5 or 6 if youre just running a short distance, it may make a difference if you're running a long way between one connection and another (around the house for example) I'm sure the quality and efficiency of the PC you're using (and router) may also affect it too. (if its delivering the signal really efficiently my PC might not be able to cope with it as easily as it would something a little less speedy, thus slowing down the processor?) I'm going to monitor it over the next couple of weeks but my advice is don't expect a massive difference if your just using these for domestic small tasks and you havent got a state of the art computer. At the end of the day its a lot tidier than having a massive coil of white cable lying around the house and fits nicely round the back of the table and for the price it was worth trying!

Does what it is supposed too
Does what it says on the tin, no issues here.Quality is good, speed is good and the colour doesn't matter to me however i do sometimes think i should have brought a white cable.

No speed bumps here!
I've as of late been redesigning the equipment for my whole LAN due to the ever-developing number of ethernet skilled gadgets in my home. I've recently bought another switch and another ethernet switch; I likewise needed the most ideal cabling in differing lengths for greatest execution that will last well into what's to come. Following quite a while of putting it off by utilizing elective arrangements as well, I additionally plan on including a committed 4 cove NAS to my home system very soon too. Once more, I needed the best links set up prepared for that expansion for ideal execution as well. When I saw these Duronic's ethernet links as "add-on" things on Amazon I watched that they had the various lengths I required and I promptly bought a few links. You'll be VERY unable to discover better "veritable" ensured Cat6a for household use anyplace on Amazon, or somewhere else besides. These links aren't simply utilized locally, they're utilized expertly also. In case you're searching for great ethernet links at home, look no further!!I haven't been frustrated by any stretch of the imagination. These links are truly hardcore in contrast with the more established Cat6 cabling I've been utilizing for the last 14 - 15 months. They're close to double the distance across with much better protection. The RJ-45 attachments have the brilliant embellishment and they're fantastically solid and secure. (It's a greater amount of a perception than an analysis, however one thing you do should be cautious about when taking care of or steering your links is the discharge cuts on the attachments. The attachments don't have defensive tops and they can be effortlessly harmed. They're not the most grounded discharge cuts I've seen!! Duronics could have made them more grounded considering exactly how hardcore these links are). Else, they're well up to spec and my LAN is working at the most extreme evaluated abilities. The links are provided in a warmth fixed clear plastic sack that just incorporates an item sticker with contrasting methods for reaching Duronics straightforwardly. (I expected to reach them in the past about an alternate item, they settled my issue rapidly and expertly). I'm VERY content with these links and I wouldn't stop for a second in suggesting them. I'd buy more whenever required later on as well. 5/5.
