Arrived just as pictured and good quality! I’m an over packer and this suitcase was big enough for me to use on a 7 day business trip along with a carry on bag. It’s perfect for my professional and personal travels.

Glad I purchased this one. American Tourister has always been a symbol of QUALITY. Well built and well designed.

We just purchased the luggage and took an international flight with 3 plane changes. When we recieved the luggage, it did not have the top handle. It broke off. The luggage was not overweight, so it looks like the handle was not strong/ secured well.We will be returning it.

I’ve had this suitcase for just over a year. It is nice and lightweight and fairly durable but the extending handle often sticks or doesn’t go all the way down smoothly. Biggest complaint though is when using it on all 4 wheels it does not roll smoothly. The handle is very loose which makes it difficult to maneuver and hurts your hand trying to muscle it around. If you only intend to drag it behind you, it will suit your needs.

The luggage itself is really nice, light weight. However, the color does not match the photo. Giving 4 starts just for that & will be returning.

Bigger than expected, very nice and lots of compartments for toiletries.

Still like brand new, despite airline abuse, and how thin this thing feels. But lightweight can't be too thick in the sides, but so far it is holding up great, and the wheels are still spinning and on the bag. Can't say that for all my past bags after 4 trips across the country.

Love the design of this bag but it does not fit well in overhead compartments so I would not recommend it as a carry on.
