This tea gives you a great detox,it energizes your body.i took mine overnight and I would get up like super early and go to the toilet and then after that,I’ll go back like 3 times.I would recommend this tea for detox and weight loss,it really works and I just have it without sugar.

Works , best to take 1 first . 2 may cause cramping. When used daily it causes diarrhea like bowels rather than a regular soft bowel.

If you need some relief this product will definitely do the job. I normally make my tea in the morning and allow it to steep and cover it until I am ready to drink later in the evening. I wake up and drink a glass of water and it's wakes up my intestines. Warning stay near a bathroom lol

If you want to have a pre-colonoscopy cleanser drink but for casual use this is your cup of tea. It’s a good product, when I drink it I need to stay in the bathroom, but it gives me stomach ache, it works a little fast , I like it :)

I've tried several brands and this one doesn't make you run to the toilet or have cramping or gas. Tastes like any green tea.
