Don't buy this product. Worst after sale service, struggling since last 15 day for repair.
I am extremely disappointed with the after-sale service of Voltas washing machine. I bought this machine with high hopes of excellent performance and hassle-free maintenance. However, the reality turned out to be quite different.Firstly, the machine started malfunctioning just after a few months of use. When I contacted the customer care for assistance, they promised a quick resolution and sent a technician to my place. However, the technician was not able to diagnose the problem properly and simply suggested replacing a few parts which did not solve the issue.I had to go through several rounds of follow-up calls and emails to get any response from the customer care team. Even when they sent another technician to my place, they failed to fix the problem and I had to endure days of inconvenience without a functional washing machine.The worst part is that the customer care team seems completely indifferent to my complaint and showed no urgency in resolving the issue. They were not even willing to replace the faulty machine or provide any compensation for the trouble caused.Overall, I would not recommend anyone to buy a Voltas washing machine as their after-sale service is simply not up to the mark. It seems like they are only interested in making a quick sale and do not care about their customers' satisfaction.
