Great easy to run laptop
The media could not be loaded. This is a great laptop. Has everything I need and highly recommended. It has great storage, Wi-Fi, webcam and all the capabilities that I need for what I need to accomplish.

Keyboard
So far so good. I wish I would have done my homework a little more regarding the keyboard. I can't understand why any laptop or keyboard would not include back-lighting. I'm a pretty good typist but sometimes you just need to look at the keyboard. And I can't be the only one who uses their laptop in the dark. If this is important to you or you didn't think of this either, take note.

It’s nice but…
So when I first received this I really liked it. While it was different than the normal computer set up screen that I’m used to with windows overall it was fairly simple with a learning curveThe biggest issue I have with this is it will not play DVDs with the DVD drive. It’s supposed to with downloading an app and using it that way but it still doesn’t do it. Being that the purpose I bought this was for my kids to use for school teaching DVDs and now I’ve passed the return date if I had known that before hand I would’ve bought a different laptop. Thankfully nowadays there are streaming videos but I would much rather be able to use the DVD format so we had no hiccups with the Internet since we live in the country.Great if you need a basic Internet access book for school work but do not expect it to do anything extra or think that you could even use an external DVD drive on it. I’ve seen people say that it works but I can tell you from personal experience it absolutely did not and when I called the company about their teaching DVDs they confirmed that they do not work with the chrome books

Not what I expected
I had a chrome book for several years w/o problems. Decided to buy a new one. Became unusable after a short period of time. Punch one letter, different one appeared on screen. Couldn't even enter password.
