Saved my shades and my sanity
The media could not be loaded. I don't know who at Hunter Douglas thought this would be a good, long-term design, but the shades came with the house, and they're otherwise functional and beautiful.And I appreciate the relatively inexpensive replacement parts. While it's a pain to put on, THEY WORK!! Just be gentle with the shades in the future. I went after a fly and the whole rod came off again.

Great replacement fix
Was not sure if these would replace my broken pieces. I did search prior for months for replcements and it seemed $3+/unit + S/H was expensive. Right when it got delivered i tried it out and fitted perfectly.
