Price is great for the size of the tincture; flavor is not bad and can be acquire with a bit of time. I take it at night to get a good nights sleep.

Love that I have added this, chamomile drops, a sleep funnier and Ashwaganda to might nighttime routine. It’s definitely helped me feel more relaxed and tired in the evening, the taste isn’t too bad. I chew a sleep gummie after I put these drops under my tongue and it’s been working great. Literally look forward to bedtime now!!

After saying I was going to try it for many years, I finally did and I am very impressed with Valerian Root. Within one hour of taking it with a little water I felt much more relaxed and ready for sleep... As a menopausal woman, I don't expect to sleep like a baby, but I do think my sleep quality improves when I take this. Thanks for a good product. I am going to keep using it. Will order again!

I take an hour before bedtime n it seems to help me fall asleep quicker than if I forget to take it. It's an extract, but not very strong tasting like some extracts are. Will order again

We are actually using this for our dogs. we are making the adjustments and still working things out but it seems to be helping somewhat.

I always thought I was Insomniac until I got a hold of this! First time I've had really good sleep and I don't know how many years. Definitely a keeper.

The product I thought I was purchasing was Valerian Root, nothing more. This product contains a raspberry flavoring. It is also very sweet...almost sickening sweet. Since I intended to use it on my dog, I'm concerned about hidden sweeteners that might not be good for her. I have only recently received it and not yet tried to return it.
