I love this product, it helped me a lot with my nails, skin, and hair. I love it all.

I’ve been taking prenatal since I was 16 because I was born with a disorder and need extra nutrional support. I purchased these because they were a great price at the time and I wanted to buy a years supply using leftover fsa funds. I’ve been taking these for almost a month, haven’t noticed any increase in hair or nail growth but keeping my eye open for it. Not hard to swallow though wouldn’t be considered small. It has the normal “vitamin” smell. No aftertaste. Doesn’t upset my stomach, though I have been striving to take after a meal to better increase absorption.

Ive been using these going on 4 years. I take them everyday consistently and i test my nutrition/vitamin levels and the only thing i struggle with is magnesium and zinc. Which isn’t really in this prenatal so i think that says something

Easy to awake swallow, don't make me feel sick, and don't have too much of a taste. I loved these for prenatal and now for breastfeeding.

Came sealed, and packaged carefully. it looked what you would expect as it would on a shelf in your local supermarket or pharmacy. The pills are medium to large sized, they can be difficult to swallow, depending on how well you can tolerate it.

Affordable prenatal vitamins! The only downside is the pill is rather large so if you have a hard time swallowing pills I would suggest ordering something else, but if not, these are an awesome way to get the vitamins you and your baby need for almost nothing.
