Great inverter I have ever seen
I like this inverter the look was good and it take less space when compare to lead acid inverter.Parfomance of inverter is good it give 2 to 3 hrs backup depends upon load.I don't even know if power went off. It is easily can install any electrician.Need to make better in user manual.

A month usage experience
It's premium category inverter with good enough battery backup. Works well, it's been around a month of using it, few improvment needed like: touch button, user manual book, don't know where to know battery percentage. Will test solar system with inverter and review about it. it's good to go with this inverter.

Don’t buy this product no use manual no proper installation support worst productUpdateTeam spoke with us and only dis advantage is you should not use current more than 1000 if you are using while in power there should be separate wiring

Product is decent and moderately satisfied, some issues detailed below:
There was no explanation for the UI of the product anywhere. Even the booklet did not explain anything abou usage and the panel buttons. But the product works well.Although my product had a defect that the front panel was loose and came off in 1 month, I contacted customer care and they took prompt action. Technician visited in 1 day and fixed it, also explained the controls.Overall I recommend this product.

Working as expected..Elegant in looks.
Pros:1. You don't even know if power went off when invertor takes over. Smooth transition to load on battery2. If you have solar panels, you can connect to it directly3. Enerfy saving modes are awesome4. Backup comes around 2 to 2.5 hours depending on load(if Solar is NOT connected )5. Installation is simple. Any local electrician would do it. My local electrician, a pro in installing lewd acid batteries, first time installed this lithim ion battery first time6. During installation process, I was helped by video call from Genus Technician for clarification.Cons :1. Manual has all the details but not yet user friendly. Need some work. Better publish in major Indian languages2. Touch screen needs some workIt's really a better product. Needs some better marketing and user friendly guides
