Quality product. It feels durable and spacious. Arrived earlier than expected.

In all but one respect this was perfect for my needs. Made of hard-wearing canvas with plenty of compartments and within the size allowed as carry-on to a plane.However, the one respect is pretty darned important; the stitching is of poor quality and in places is coming undone.Had I not already been on holiday when discovering the issue, it would have been sent straight back. But I needed a backpack so had to use it, having effected some makeshift repairs.

I think I will have to send it back as it is not big enough. It was delivered while I was away and there was no warning that it would be delivered that day and no card through the door. I only found out it had been delivered because I was sent a review request several days later. My neighbour had to hunt around for it outside to confirm it had been delivered. Its a lovely back and well made but I will probably have to send it back as it is just not big enough for what I want.

This is a great bag. The quality of materials and construction are really good. I've had it for about a month now and I haven't found any down sides.
