I've had this vacuum for quite some time now and all I can say is, this thing is GREAT! It was a huge upgrade from my last vacuum. This thing has so much sucking power, it literally pulls itself forward on the carpet. The attachments are great as well and make it easy to reach the ceiling or vacuum furniture or places high up. I like how you can disconnect the vacuum from the base as well for added maneuverability. It is also super easy to clean. Just a latch for the top and bottom and it all falls out into the trash!The scent pods are interesting and not sure if it works super well but it is a nice touch. When switching between carpet and hard floor the vacuum doesn't miss a beat. I've also never had to deal with anything getting caught in the vacuum. My last vacuum, hair would get wrapped around the brush and it'd clog BAD. Not this one, it handles hair with ease. If you have a pet, this vacuum is a great choice! Also vacuums up kitty litter well! Overall, this is a high end vacuum at a great price! Have had zero issues for over a year! Highly recommend!

This vacuum (even refurbished) is the greatest thing I’ve ever used for cleaning!! The suction is unparalleled. If that weren’t enough, it’s relatively lightweight, has tons of attachments and can be used like a canister for nozzle cleaning. Very user friendly and easy to use. Buy. The. Vacuum. Just buy it.

Absolutely love this machine. It is lightweight and has great suction power. The brush technology has improved considerably on Shark products. My older model clogged around the brush roll with hair. The lift away is a great feature, helpful in getting to ceiling cobwebs, and stairs. The attachments include a stail brush which I really need since I have two staircases to clean.

Love the vacuum!!! It’s a bit heavier than expected but glides very easy so extra weight is going to be ok. Works great! of the box the cord has a tear but only on outside rubber so i’m going to keep. I’m very happy with it!!!

I am TOTALLY impressed with this vacuum! I have an extremely expensive overpriced Rainbow due to my son's allergies. He has since grown up and moved out of the house AND his allergies are only seasonal now. Long story short I am over lugging around the Rainbow. I can't empty it in my toilet or sinks because we live in the country and have septics. I decided to try this refurbished unit due to the ridiculous inflation we are all suffering through. This pulls up just as much dirt as my Rainbow and I don't have to dump water. The clear bin that holds the dirt always has a fine soot like dirt in the bottom. We live in the country and dirt is simply the way it is but to have it in your house is just over the top. I will say this takes a little finesse to use. Hold on to it because it wants to walk away from you. Lol. It's THAT strong!! My favorite feature is the brushless beater bar. Nothing gets tangled in it and it helps to plump up my carpet without destroying the nap. It doesn't snag it. The next favorite thing is the fact you can turn it into a hand held unit to do stairs and use the wand to do corners with just a push of a button. I have no earthly idea why the original purchaser sent it back for repair but it is absolutely perfect! Great job making the repair. I would buy another one for any one of my kids. The price is right and is simply a superior product over one of the worlds most expensive home vacuums, the Rainbow. Fantastic product!!!

Lightweight and powerful. I purchased this vacuum a month ago to replace my old Kenmore canister. I've never owned an upright and decided to buy the refurbished one to see how I liked it. I can tell you that this is the best vacuum I've ever owned. It is easy to maneuver, gets in small spaces and is powerful! Works great on carpet and hardwood. Everything is clearly labeled, what buttons to push for each function. There were no instructions on the refurbished one, but no needed as each button is clearly labeled I love all the attachments and that the canister can be easily lifted off to use on stairs and in corners. Did I mention that it's lightweight? I'm old and can lift this vacuum easily. It does not take up much room in my closet to store, either. I've only had it a month, and will report back if any issues, but so far, way out performs my canister.

I love this vacuum so far! I’ve used it about 3 times but I’m impressed. Great price as well. The suction is strong and I love the deodorizer feature. I have a large shedding dog and it works perfectly for all his hair and the smell. Also love the long cord on the vacuum.

I’m very pleased with the cleaning power on my rugs. For the first time in eight years, cat hair is not left, clinging to the surface or embedded, necessitating repeated passes back and forth. It’s very easy to clean the dirt reservoir. If I have one complaint, it’s probably something I have to learn to do so that I don’t pick up and carry the vacuum cleaner with the handle at the top but should remember to pick it up by the large handle on top of the canister. It seems this would lessen the possibility of causing damage.
