Q: Is the fleece lining removable?

No now, if you just want a waterproof cover not a winter cover which can be used in summer, you can choose the size of " Air Mesh Lining",whose lining is not removable too but fairly breathable.

Q: Is this cover waterproof?

Sure it is,we took a video of the Pink Rabbit as a sample of its waterproof qualities - as you can see in the video, we splashed water directly on its surface and only a few droplets adhered to it, and they were easily wiped off with a paper towel, which proves its superior waterproof performance!
