Can the 12AX7 tube be replaced with a different tube?

Yes, and regardless of what some say about tubes not effecting tones, must only use a modeling digital amp.  Tubes will effect tone in brightness, presence, and the actual amount of distortion and effect the sound of the string attack.

I own numerous tube amps, and have used about every brand out there (Groove Tubes, Mesa Boogie, Electro-Harmonix, JJ's, Sovtek, even old Mullard, GE, Tung-Sol and others I carnt recall).

If you read about tubes, and even reviews by nationally known artists, they will swear by certain tubes.  I have mixed and matched them in amps that aren't effected by bias like my Boogies.  You CAN hear a difference.

The reason I mention "modeling amps" is they are just triggering a preset sound and in many cases, yoj can't tell the difference in what guitars you are using as they contribute little to the modeling sound.

These just use one tube, so it's somewhat affordable, depending on your income, to try different tubes.  Ask a fellow guitarist if they even have some old tubes for you to test in your Joyo amp.  It's a fun way to experiement and test this theory for yourself.

These are fun amps to play with.  I bought my JackMan (JCM-800 type) just to tease an old friend that has a JCM-800 1/2 stack.  I call mine the "JCM-800 slayer" just to cheese him off.

It's all fun, but he is amazed that I can dial in a close sound to his JCM-800, which go for around $2,000.

Have fun, and try to find someone that has some tubes laying around and try them out for yourself.

What is the difference between this model and the Zombie amp you sell?

Zombie sounds similar To Mesa dual rectifier.  The Jackman sounds similar to Marshall JCM800.

Hello. i purchased a meteor earlier in the year and it's great; the firebrand has only taken signals twice; light/tube on, no signal sent, why?

Test cable from guitar straight to amplifier and test cable from out put to speaker cabinet for integrity. Really, test everything in a simplified signal chain to identify the break in signal. If still no signal after ensuring all parts work, return the item for a new one.
