Reliable
Bought this for our community shop some years ago and it is still going strong!Simple to use (after all it only a glorified water heater!) and it has been used by lots of different people. Nobody has broken it yet!Not restricted to to Nescafé product sleeves of drinks.

Expected to fill from main. And when arrived it was manual fill.

My 3rd machine in 5year just brokedown, bought directly Nescafe and once they stop working they dont want to know. They are now selling a new look machine cant comment on that. But for me this is absolutely rubbish. and Nescafe service sucks.
