Quality rectifier at a good price
My halogen bulb burned out on my snowblower and I ordered this full wave rectifier to convert the AC voltage driving the halogen light to the DC voltage LED flood lights that I used to replace the weak and overpriced halogen bulb. The circuit board is of very good quality, the wire connections on it offer a good tight fit and it is compact enough to fit into a standard weather proof duplex outlet that I mounted on the snowblower.

Voltage overrated on capacitors
Planned on using this for a tda7293 chipamp. This worked pretty good @ 21.7V AC input per rail, I gave it 26.2V from an 100VA toroidal and the caps did not like it. One blew up on one rail and one overheated on the other. I cannot recommend if you need more than 25V on the input side as the caps look to be overrated, at the 50V rating they should be good till around 33V or so. I have another rectifier that has 50V rated caps and it works fine. I'm guessing that these are 25V rated or bad production pieces as the Chongx brand capacitor are some of the cheapest and seems to have issues. R&R the caps and it should be fine.

Not getting 25 amps out of this.
Got this today to replace my old rectifier that burnt up. I'm inputting 24v AC, and getting 34.6vdc out. Close enough to the 35v I used to have. Ran a load test, put a 10 amp draw on the unit. Voltage drops down to 24vdc and the rectifier itself gets too hot. No way this unit will do 25 amps. Do not recommend. Also, looked the chip up, this is a half wave rectifier.

Excellent Little Power Supply
The unit provides solid split DC power. It has plenty of filtration and can the handle high current loads from class AB and class D audio power amplifier boards sold by Amazon.

Arrived damaged
Product arrived late and damaged, you can see one of the capacitors has a large dent in it, the board also had a greasy residue which had to be cleaned. The packaging was pretty good otherwise, it arrived in an anti static bag inside another sealed bag.
