Compares to the more expensive brands
These are a very nice set of walkie talkies. You have all your basics including the standard 22 stations (just remember you need a license to talk on 15-22. ) You have 38 CTCSS privacy codes and 83 DCS (I think that's standard), and when I used these while hiking/camping, they worked great. We were about a mile apart and still had great signal (no buildings between us, just trees). I also had my midland set with me, and I didn't notice any difference in quality of sound, and the distance was not better for one brand or the other. You get everything you need right out of the box. Two walkie talkies, two sets of three AA rechargeable batteries. A standard USB charger (with the box part that plugs into the wall) with the micro USB cords splitting into two so you can charge both your walkie talkies at the same time. You also get two lanyards that easily detach, and of course the instruction manual. The walkie talkie itself, with batteries, lanyard and all, weighed in at 5.4 oz, so not bad at all. (My midland weighs just over 7 oz and 7.5 oz if I use standard batteries instead of the midland battery pack). When you're hiking long distances, weight matters. The belt clip is removable. The only issue I had as mentioned in the video is that the cover for the batteries on one of the walkie talkies was stuck at first. I had to use a butter knife to get it to remove, but after removing it a few times, it loosened and now I don't have any trouble taking it on and off.I really like the fact that the batteries are rechargeable via the standard USB to micro USB cable. I get really tired of having specialty designated charging cords and charging stations. I like being able to just have one cord that can do it all, so standardizing is always good.Oh, the instructions say "pull" to talk, but I'm pretty sure they meant "push" to talk. You can't pull the talk button, so push, don't pull.Overall I'm very impressed. I was looking for an inexpensive set because there was a chance I might lose one or two radios on this last trip, and thought I'd rather lose a cheap set and hold on to my Midlands. But turns out these are just as good with all the same features for half the price.

Great Customer Serice
The units are nice and easy to use. However, one of the units did not last a year. Trying to find about the warranty on Amazon, it says contact Topsung, but no where can I find a way to contact them to verify if they even have a warranty. The Amazon return window is long gone, but I was hoping for a manufacture's warranty but there isn't anyway to contact them to find out. Guess I'm left with a set of useless walkie talkies. If Topsung were to reach out to me to hep resolve this issue, I would revise my review other wise I stuck in the mud.09/28/2021Review Update: Since writing the original 1 star review, seller Topsung has reached out to me and helped me resolve the recent issue I have had with units not being able to communicate with each other. The fix was easy and they were quick to respond to me with the answer. I would highly recommend these walkie talkie units. Thanks Topsung.10/88/21Review Update #2: The fix that I was given for resetting my Topsung walkie talkies only worked for a couple of days. However, I let the seller know the fix was not permanent. So what they did was send me a new set of walkie talkies at no cost to me. Topsung, in this case went above and beyond to solve my problem. I HIGHLY recommend using this seller for any communication needs you may have now or in the future. It's not often you find this kind of A+ service. I would give more stars but 5 is the max allowed.

The solution to the charging problem
I've tested these radios for 2 months now. The problem everyone is complaining about as far as not charging, or dying quickly can be traced to the battery contacts. Take a small flat tip screwdriver pry them out some to where the batteries go in tight. That will be the end of your problems for a good while, then you have to do it again. It's not the provided batteries. I changed mine out to good name brand rechargeable and had the same trouble. This is because the manufacturer didn't used springs on the negative battery terminals as is the industry standard. Other than that they work great and will last all day...they are what they are: a $15 dollar two way radio.

These are rechargeable
As full time RVers, we use these all the time. When we back into a site, we can do it discretely rather than shouting directions back and forth. We've tried various walky talkies, but these are the best. We especially like that they're rechargeable.

Lousy, complicated, unresponsive MENU !
Lousy, complicated, unresponsive MENU ! And, that alone, make these Walkie Talkies worth exactly NOTHING.They are more like TOYS than anything else.I bought TWO pairs. I got one pair to eventually work, but, not for long. Just long enough for the return date to expire.Look for a better pair, and do NOT bother with these..

Great devices
We use these while skiing and hiking. Our old ones had so much interference from others on the same channel! These allow much more precise connections so we are on 8.xxx. And only talk to each other. LOVE IT. Good range and connection in the mountains.

Nice Product, but lasted 3 days.
Built solid, good feel weight-wise. Batteries arrived fully charged. Worked great at first. Call & voice sound is clear.I only found one color configuration available (blue and green), but manual shows that there are more. After 3 days the programing on one of them froze up and nothing the manual instructs to do works anymore. The other one still works good!

Great customer service!
One of the units stopped communicating after we had these for a few weeks. I promptly forgot about them for about 1 year and then tried to reset them, still didn’t work. I ultimately contacted their customer service and even though 1 year had passed they sent me a replacement unit. No idea what happened the first time as the kids were playing with them, but their customer service was beyond what I expected, thank you!
