I've been using ZO products for years. I wish I had used them much sooner, tbh. Through my dermatologist, I was introduced to trentinoin and tazorac - both of which I dropped immediately because I wasn't educated on or prepared for the burning and peeling. Years later, after seeking treatment with botox, the board certified plastic surgeon I went to, patiently and thoroughly explained exactly what to expect when using retinol and Retin-A after purchasing ZO products in his office for the first time. Believe me, it was rough going, watching my face peel, be red, and burn initially. I had to see clients at work, talk to them, and pretend 'nothing to see here'. It was humiliating. But I pushed through because I saw the results on others. Like so many of a certain age, I had damaged my skin from long beach days with zero protection. So, I had to suffer some indignity to repair that. My advice to those who use some of the more aggressive ZO products but find they can't tolerate the peeling, redness, or burning, is to dilute the application with your moisturizer. Or moisturize before you apply retinol or Retin-A. Your skin will still benefit but the side effects will not be as dramatic. Stick with it! Don't give up. In 3 (long miserable) months, you'll reap the rewards. Your skin will shine, your collagen will be stimulated, and your makeup will apply so much better. That dry skin people are mentioning? It's screaming for resurfacing and collagen - stick with it, don't give up. And WEAR SUNSCREEN. When I'm not wearing makeup, I use Elta MD UV Clear uva/uvb broad spectrum spf 46 facial sunscreen which has a slight tint but is barely visible when on. Under makeup, I wear Supergoop Glowscreen which doesn't pill. Wait 15 minutes for all sunscreens to sink in before you expose your face to any unfiltered light, e.g. outdoors, near windows, etc. One last thing, you must moisturize your skin when using retinol or Retin-A. If you find you can tolerate the products and don't dilute it with moisturizer or apply moisturizer beforehand, you still need to moisturize your skin. Wait 15 minutes (minimum) to allow the product to sink into your skin, THEN moisturize. I wait 30 minutes.

This product is excellent. At first you will have some irritation as product begins to work, be patient. You will have incredible results in about 4 weeks. Seems expensive but it is worth it. You will no longer need alot of products, the prepackaged sets are perfect. You will not be disappointed.

I can’t say enough about this Skincare line! These products are extremely potent and have such high-quality ingredients. The items here are a fraction of the cost. You would have to pay on their website. They are legit and will help your aging skin immensely! They are also amazing for preventative skin care!

Love this product. I would recommend going to the ZO site and reading the directions on how to use the products. I did not realize that the dark blue tube is actually a retinol peel, so I ended up with a retinal burn. I now dilute this with the daily moisturizer. And the product works great.

I do not have sensitive skin, but these products made my skin burn, peel, and wrinkles formed around my eyes in days after using.
