Overall a great headset
The Jabra Evolve2 30 SE is an excellent headset that stands out for its comfort, sound quality, and build quality in my opinion. Here’s a detailed breakdown of my experience:Comfort and WearabilityOne of the standout features of this headset is how comfortable it is to wear for extended periods. The headset is very lightweight and has very soft ear pads and does not squeeze the ears when you wear it. Even after hours of use, it remains snug without causing any discomfort.Sound and Mic Quality and ConnectionThe sound quality is impressive, delivering clear and crisp audio that rivals premium headphones. The mic is very impressive. It’s quite sensitive and will pick up even if you are whispering. But the good thing is it is designed to be passive noise canceling, which means that it will pick up your voice but not the background noise. There are volume up and down buttons on the headset as well, but I personally don’t use them since my keyboard has a volume knob and I rarely need to adjust the volume. Most of the time, it is on full volume. There is a mute button on the headset which, when pressed during a call, prompts with the audio response that it has been muted or unmuted. This is nice and gives you confirmation that the mic has been muted. Moreover, since I bought the Microsoft Teams version, there is a button with the Teams logo, which I believe works as a call accept button. There is a light on the right side which becomes red during calls to alert others that you are busy on a call.I went with a USB-C connection so that I can also use it with my phone. I connected it with my phone, and it worked without any issue.Build QualityThe build quality is solid and durable, which is reassuring for regular use. The materials feel premium, and the overall design is sleek and professional.ConsHowever, there are a few areas where the headset could be improved:Cable Length: The cable feels a bit short, which can limit movement and flexibility depending on the placement of your computer. I wish they would have gone with a USB connector on the headphone instead so that any USB-C cable could be used with it.Mic Positioning: The microphone pivots from its base, and at times, it brushes against my face, which can be annoying. A flexible mic bar would have been a great addition to allow adjustments and prevent this issue. Furthermore, it can only be positioned on the right side.

Finally, a headset that lives up to expectations
I've been having the worst run of luck with headsets. While I do like wearing my bluetooth headset, I'm on my second one, which is slightly broken, but usable (first was broken and needed replacing) but I also don't always want to be on bluetooth. I got a well-rated headset, but it hurt my ears after even short calls. I got one well-rated for comfort, and could barely get it on my [small] head. So I hunted some more, and managed to snag this one from the Warehouse. Not sure why someone sent it back, but it is comfortable, the sound is good, and while I haven't spoken with it yet, I'm sure the mic will be equally good. Ultimately, I listen more than I talk, and it's the comfort on my head and ears that I really wanted. And I finally found it.So this may be pricey at full cost, compared to so many headsets floating around out there, but I would say, after my experiences, you do seem to get what you pay for here.

Excellent brand to buy. They are great for remote work!
This headset is easy to use. Butto. Placement could be better. Would love the mute to be on the cord instead of on the earpiece. Other than that, works well. Can here my customers and they can hear me. Essential for remote work. Wouldn't buy a different brand.

Sounds good, does what it should, but can only be worn one way
The audio quality is good and I have had good experiences on both Mac and Windows machines. My one complaint is that the boom mic can only be worn on the right side and does not swivel 180 degrees so you can wear it on the left, which I generally prefer. Not the end of the world, but it would be nice to know.

Good sound and comfortable for remote meetings
These were a good upgrade to my old work headset, the plug is USB c and I don't have to use ugly adapters

Only partially works, not worth buying
I run a 2022 Dell Inspiron laptop and had hoped this would work more consistently with Teams and Zoom than my apple airpods. But I am very disappointed, after trying every setting I could find to get this to work well on calls, and running supposed diagnostics, it doesn't work at all on teams calls, and on zoom calls I can't hear yourself in the headset. That latter issue was reported by others in reviews as well, and the mfr hasn't fixed it. I'm better off just using the laptop microphone and speakers, although that continues the problem that started my search, which was to try to have calls without anyone else nearby hearing the entire meeting.

Good sound but not comfortable
I had an ancient Jabra GN2000 headset and thought this would be a good upgrade, but I had to return them. The first problem was noise. If I bumped the cord or touched the earpiece, it amplified the sound and the noise was irritating. I also have Anker headphones with great noise isolation that do not have this problem, so it must be something with the design. The second problem was the tightness and pressure of the headphones on the side of my head. I wear glasses, so if you don't, you may not experience this issue. No matter how I adjusted the headband, I couldn't get it to reduce the pressure and be comfortable. I'm on Zoom calls a couple hours a day and I need a comfortable headset. The end result was that I replaced these with a Jabra 1500 headset and it is working great, without any of these problems.
