Who Do I Contact For Warranty Issue?
I bought two of these in August of 2019 to light up the exterior entrance sign to our community. They are exactly what we were looking for; however one stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I've had someone out to check and make sure it's receiving power (it is), so I'm not sure what the issue is. It's advertised with a 3-year warranty, but I am unable to find the information for the company's customer service department. If someone will contact me and work through the issue, I'll gladly change my review to 5 stars!! I posted a separate review but can’t seem to find it, so I will edit my original review. There was a problem, and customer service reached out to me and resolved my issue. Great lights, and they are still working!!

I like the lights, but not the mounting hardware
The RSN LED strips were purchased to illuminate the signage on the entrance to our development. They replaced some LED flood lights that did not work well because they could not be placed far enough from the sign to provide even illumination. Two of the RSN LED strips are mounted on the back of a retaining wall that faces a masonry flat wall about 17” away and are pointed up at an angle that allows the 7’ by 2’ signage to be illuminated uniformly. The lights are sealed for outdoor use and have a short cable attached near one end. For the sign letters I mounted two units end to end with the cable ends toward each other. This allowed me to connect them to a single junction box. A third unit was used to illuminate a logo that was about six feet further along the same wall from the letters. I ran a separate conduit from that light to the main junction box. I used a PVC conduit body to provide a place to connect the short cable from the LED strip to the conductors in the conduit.I used Wago 221-413 lever nut connectors for all the connections to the lights to allow easy disconnection in case a light needed to be removed. The only complication during installation was the fact that I needed to fabricate auxiliary brackets to allow the lights to be hidden below the lip of the retaining wall and still connect to the RSN supplied brackets. The mounting brackets that come with the lights consist of two parts. There are two pieces of aluminum extrusion that slide along grooves in the extruded aluminum enclosure and are locked in place by a small Phillips head screw. The other part of the bracket is bent aluminum with two holes for mounting the light strip to a flat horizontal or vertical surface. Metric stainless steel hardware attaches the brackets to the sliding extrusions on the housing and are used to lock the light at the desired angle.I found several drawbacks to this mounting system:1. The two extrusions that slide on the housing are installed during manufacturing and cannot be removed or replaced (Without breaking the weatherproof seal).a. Depending on how they were assembled, the locking screw may be on the top or bottom edge of the housing (Or in one case there was one installed each way) and since the light strip is normally mounted with the power cord on the bottom, the screws may be difficult to reach for tightening after positioning the light.b. The extrusions are quite thin so there are not many threads for the locking screw and they might be stripped if even slightly overtightened.c. I did not check the material of the screw, but suspect it is stainless steel which is not a good choice for joining aluminum parts due to galvanic corrosion concerns.2. The hardware holding the two pieces of the bracket together is stainless steel and consists of an Allen head socket bolt, split washer and a nut, all of which are metric. Fortunately, I had the necessary metric tools.a. The bracket is a light gage soft aluminum and is easily bent. The aluminum is also distorted when the nut is tightened and the washer digs into the metal while adjusting the mounting angle. After you have set the angle once, readjustment is more difficult.b. I added some galvanized washers on both sides of the bracket to prevent it from being damaged and to help isolate the aluminum and stainless steel for the corrosion concern mentioned above.3. The connection cable is quite short (About 22”) and not terminated with a plug. Since the typical installation will be hard wired, the lack of terminations makes sense, however, a longer (Perhaps 3 foot) connection cable would have been beneficial. In summary, the lights themselves appear to be well made and all operated fine on a bench test prior to installation. Only time will determine their long term reliability.I believe the mounting system needs some improvement, but that concern would not keep me from buying more of these lights.

Great Seller
I purchased 6 of these lights for a project in my backyard. Shortly after the warranty expired these lights all started failing. The seller honored the warranty and shipped new lights to my home. I would highly recommend doing business with the seller.

More like a spotlight than a floodlight
Did not cover enough area with light for my need. More like a spotlight than a floodlight. Excellent quality product and service from the seller, though.

Makes your home look like a mansion!
We live in a neighborhood with lots of houses with fake stone on the front. I'm sorry, my wife just told me it is called "faux stone." Whatever it is called, it looks like we had part of our walls made out of stones stacked up and mortared together and it looks fancy and pretty. But when we would walk through or drive through the neighborhood at night, some of the homes just looked nicer than others. We finally figured out one night that the homes that really looked special had wall-washer lights installed. The way that a wall-washer light works is that you have a bright light at the bottom of the wall, and you point the light straight up alongside the wall so that every part of the wall that sticks out even a little bit, creates a long, sharp shadow that travels up the side of the wall and makes everything look longer and more dramatic than it actually is in real life. For some reason, this really makes the house stand out and look fancy and nice. The RSN LED PC-WW24W-CW 24W Linear Bar Light Cool White 6000K Outdoor Wall Washer light does exactly that - it makes your house look fancy and nice. And for the most part, it is easy to install and is well made and well designed.First off, it is waterproof, so you can be comfortable knowing that even rainstorms won't harm the light. I checked into the IP ratings to see what the minimum IP rating is for outdoor installation of lights and it turns out that IP44 is the lowest rating allowed. This light is IP65 and it is the "generally accepted" rating for this kind of light fixture. This could also (if wired properly) be used in a shower - according to the international building codes. So that is pretty impressive! Here is what is said about IP65: IP rated as "dust tight" and protected against water projected from a nozzle. So it should withstand water from a sprayer on a hose directed at it. Not bad.The problem that I had with this light was that it comes without very much wiring pre-installed. I understand that you are expected to hard wire this to your home, but it would have been nice if they had included more wire to reach wherever you were going to be connecting this to your existing wiring. Yes, you can connect this to an electrical prong and just plug it into a socket, but if you want to hard-wire it to your existing wiring in a professional manner, you will have to splice in carefully and not make a mistake because there is very little extra wiring. The other complaints I had were how sharp-edged the brackets that came on this light were - I nearly cut my hand on them. And as you can see from some of the photos, they used an odd screw setup to tighten the endcaps that I would consider non-traditional. Nothing that is deal breaking, but a little odd.Ultimately, once you get this installed, it looks outstanding and you will have to connect this to a timer or Alexa or some other internet controlled device that will let you turn it on and off, as there is no switch supplied. It is a very bare-bones package, pretty much a light and a bracket. But it is a good quality light and it works very well. So I would rate this a solid four-stars!
