**Samsung Laptop Review: A Warning**
If you're thinking about buying a Samsung laptop, think again—no, think ten times. My experience has been terrible due to its poor build quality. The hinge on my laptop broke without any physical damage, showing a serious flaw that Samsung ignores.This problem is not just annoying; it can cause many issues. Making things worse, Samsung's service centers are hard to find, and repair costs are very high.I strongly suggest looking at other brands like HP, Dell, ASUS, or Lenovo. They are more reliable and have better customer service. Avoid the hassle and skip Samsung laptops.

Has hinge issue and Samsung is ignorant to accept manufacturing defect.
Avoid avoid!It has a hinge issue which samsung won't rectify, and would charge you 11000rs to change the whole screen because of it. Read it online.

Charger stop working in 4 days .
It has been a more than a month that the charger stop working. I have reached the service station for replacement but they could not provide me the charger . It has been aprox 25 days that i have visited the service station and till now they are not able to help me . They are also not informing that whether they will be able to replace my charger or not .Such a poor service is not expected from samsung and they have to work on it .
