nasty tasting cacao with a horrible texture and bitter taste. When adding the melted cacao butter to the cacao, the mixture splits immediately proving that this cacao is very low grade and probably not even raw.I have made specialist raw chocolate for 20 years and this is quite possibly the worst cacao I have ever tasted and find this listings quality very misleading.Value for money 1/10Taste 1/10If you are making luxury raw chocolates or just want quality and consistency. Bargain buy of cacao powder. 1kg bag with long best before date(02/2026).Quite light in colour and weak in taste with some bitter aftertaste. I do not find it rich in taste at all. But pleasantly mild and indulging.To make half a glass of hot milky cacao drink I had to use a heaped teaspoon of cacao powder!But that's a difference between raw cacao powder and dark chocolate powder.Recommended.

I read a review on here which said this product isn't raw and that it's coco powder. No idea why they would think that. It's definitely raw cocao not coco and it's great and healthy.

Not great quality cacao powder. It has a bitter after taste and a grainy texture which I’ve never experienced with other, more well known brands.
