I used to hoard this stuff from the time my then-local grocery chain (think “large bird of prey”) decided to clearance out most of its supplements. Eventually my supply of the Nature’s Truth brand ran out, and while I’ve been using various other brands of milk thistle, this one was always my favorite. Glad to see it’s around again because it’s a brand I trust. It’s generously dosed if you are looking for that, and a single capsule is comparable to what most brands consider a 2-capsule serving.

The capsules have no obvious taste to them and go down easy. I take these every morning to maintain liver health. The quality of these are good, very consistent and well packaged. The bottle they come in strongly resembles a brand I have bought many times before but they don't appear to be linked to each other.

Nature's Truth Milk Thistle comes in a bottle with 200 capsules (2000mg). These are easy to swallow, does not have a weird scent like some supplements do. So far no strange reactions so that's a good sign haha.

This is a good quality supplement for a good price. I have seen the Nature's Truth brand in stores before so I think that it has some good reputation. The pills are easy to swallow and don't have any strong aftertaste, so they are easy to take.

I've never taken milk thistle, but I've used Nature's Truth products before, so I know it had to be great quality. So far I haven't experienced any ill side effects, but I'm hoping to benefit from this since I had non-alcoholic fatty liver disease a few years back. I'm sure time will tell, but for now I'll leave a 5/5 for the quality and brand.
