A great guide too learn from.

This book will help you tremendously to study and be successful as an LPN. It was a lot less pricey than a book store.

The book is detailed and straight to the point. I’m happy I found this book for my Prep.

I am excited to use this to prep for my nursing entrance exam.

I just finished the verbal section and it honestly could have been summed up in 10 pages rather than going on for a total of 30.What gave me a big “YIKES” was two pages into the math section. I honestly cannot trust the content of this book moving forward.Literally on the second page of the math section the author says “consider the number 7. Moving the digit one place to the left (70) INCREASES its value by a factor of 10”Excuse me?? Moving the digit to the left would DECREASE the value by a factor of 10.The author then goes on to make the same mistake when explaining moving the digit to the right. Rather than INCREASE, the author claims moving the digit to the right will result in a decrease by a factor of 10.I honestly don’t know how I can trust the content of this book moving forward especially when more complex mathematical concepts are introduced. I was honestly going to skip over these first pages as they are super basic but I decided to skim it and I am glad I did. Along with the math, I can’t trust the science section after this. Even the smallest of errors result in a wrong answer and for a test where you need to be sure to eliminate such errors, I cannot trust this book moving forward to guide me.I am returning this book.

The book was informative and I feel better prepared to test when I have practical questions and answers to review. The way the format is in this text makes learning simplified and for that I am Thankfull.

This study guide is very well organized, so it's easy to find answers to your questions. The practice tests should help you study very well: lots of information included in those as well as in the study guide.
