Works perfectly with an Anker 65w power bank for both ResMed Airmini and Airsense 11.
Wow! I've been looking for a portable battery powered solution for my resmed airmini for use when camping or traveling without easy access to power outlets. The cpap stores sell battery/adapters for $300+ which is ridiculous. I decided to purchase this adapter to try it out with an anker prime 65w 10000mah power bank that I already own.The adapter is surprisingly good quality with thick sturdy cables and all of the plugs fit snug and perfectly. Kudos to the manufacturer for not cheaping out and using cheap wires for a critical medical device product. I love that this has the option of using either 12v car adapter or usb-c without adding much additional bulk. There was another usb-c only option for about the same price, but I figured I'd rather have the option of using both since the size was relatively the same.I used it at home with my airmini to test last night and it ran for a little over 5 hours before draining a fully charged 10k mah battery. I assume you'd need a 20-30k mah battery to make it through a full night which will be my next purchase. When it ran out juice in the middle of the night, I simply plugged the anker power bank into the wall and it started right back up again until morning, but it was so nice to not be tethered to a wall outlet while the battery was running. Can't wait to use this on airplane flights too!I can confirm that the same 65w power bank also works with the airsense 11, but I didn't test runtime, as I don't use that for travel. I'd assume that it will use more power and have less runtime than the airmini. This is now a permanent part of my travel bag!

Exactly as Advertised
Works as expected providing the proper power for my resmed airsense 11. Used with my Anker solix c300 dc battery. This cable performed well with both the standard 12v car plug and the usb-c adapter. I tried it with a lower quality battery and the unit would power on, but reset once the airflow started. This is an issue with the battery being unable to keep up. The cable works when the battery can provide the proper power.

So happy with this...
I particularly like this set-up because it comes with both the lighter adapter AND the USB. I use this with my Resmed Airsense 11, and a 12 volt Lifepo4 battery when camping and plan to use it when traveling to Europe this summer with an Anker battery from Amazon. This little adapter allows me to use both. I was concerned about the lighter to USB adapter slipping out of the light socket because I have had trouble with others doing this in the past, but this one fits nice and snug.Make sure you get the right battery for this.. I got the Anker 737 and you are good to go.

.Works great and saved me a few $
I was thinking of buying one of the battery kits, for my CPAP when i travel. But with this any and my rechargeable battery block (27,000 from Anker) i can get 2 nights for sleep from one charge. At the end of the day saved me around $150,

Light weight and works fine
We use this 12v adapter in our travel trailer for the ResMed Mini travel CPAP. Have used it about a dozen nights. So far, so good.

Know whe to use!
Bought this in combination with a powerbank (EcoFlow River2). The idea was to avoid conversion from DC to AC and back to DC with the normal power supply of the Resmed Airsense 11. Measured power consumption on the Ecoflow and it was almost 2x as high as with the normal power supply. There is nothing wrong with the product and I keep it for flexability and emergency use only. Also I discovered for AC use the ecoflow has a pass through mode while the power is still on. This is not the case for DC power usage.
