Plug and Play. I have Etymotic Research earbuds that shut out 100% of any external noise, that I use on flights. They are way too dangerous to use in public because I am not kidding. They shut out EVERYTHING. They are wired and I will not part with them. Thusly, when the 3.5mm jacks went bye-bye.... They're great for mowing the lawn also.

Use your old S10 power supply for your S11.
I was an idiot and fried the power supply that came with my new S11. Had extra S10 power supplies laying around. Worked perfectly.

Cpap users, this is what you need to go from Resmed 10 to Resmed 11 Cpap machines
This was the perfect cable to transition from my old Resmed 10 Cpap machine to the Resmed 11, when an external power source is not available. This cable makes the transition so very easy.

Airsense 10 power supply worked with Airsense 11
when cable received I tested. Used my DC Airsense 10 power supply with my battery, attached cable and plugged in to my Airsense 11 CPAP, turned humidifier off, the Airsense 11 worked fine. Have not run a longer test, but cannot imagine the cable failing.

Clever solution to allow use of Air10 power adapter
I hate it when manufacturers change the power cord when releasing a new machine model. It's bad enough when it's a device like a cell phone or other similar electronic device with a different, but standard connector... and even worse when it's something like your CPAP.Having been a ResMed Air10 CPAP user for about 5 years, I've invested into accessories to make my life simpler. For example, I have DC power adapters to allow use of 12V batteries, and I have extra power adapters in my 'go' kit and in my CPAP travel bag. This lets me leave the adapter plugged into the wall at home, and simply move my CPAP over to the travel bag when I head out for a trip.Unfortunately, ResMed changed the power adapter between the Air10 and Air11 devices - rendering all of my additional adapters useless... or so I thought. That's where these cables come in; they adapt my existing power supplies from the Air10-style connector over to the new Air11-style connector. All for about $10 per adapter.I couldn't be happier with these adapter cables, and only wish I had found them sooner. I've let all my friends and family who also use ResMed CPAP devices know about them, too.
