A Fine Lamp At 1/4 Of The Price Of OEM. Shipped Fast
This is a perfectly functional lamp at the correct wavelength to do its job efficiently. The cost is about 25% of the Second Wind model. I appreciate that the seller made certain to mention that is is not made by Second Wind. (Second Wind lamps aren't made by Second Wind either. They might even come from the same factory as this lamp.)It was mailed quickly and was very, very well packaged against anything the shipping company could do to wreck it. (Judging by the box, they tried hard to wreck it.)Important: Be sure to clean the glass with isopropyl alcohol in case anyone touched it and left finger oil behind.Hint: For maximum performance, when changing the air handler's filter de-energize the lamp and wipe the dust off of it and any reflectors with a damp cloth or alcohol. Let it dry before re-energizing.Assuming I get 10,000 hours use out of it, without hesitation I'll buy another from this seller at that time. (It's best to change these after about 10,000 hours because output diminished with use-hours.)
