Horrible product!
Horrible material, cheap and not steady at all. I just got it and the two black parts bottom and top are foam, they broke while I was trying to put it together.Waste of money and time.

Nice display case but it has its little problems.
So, in October 2014, I bought a Gunpla at Comic-Con for $320, and I wanted a display case to keep it safe from dust. The case arrived quickly and it was packaged pretty well. Once I open it, the first thing I noticed was the instructions were just a single page of nine pictures on what to do. While assembly seemed straightforward, the lack of detail left me guessing about some components... like that red tape thing, which I assuminh it is either for securing objects inside or maybe it's for sealing the gaps between the acrylic sheets...?Anyway, the assembly had a few hiccups. The protective film was slightly annoying to remove; I had to carefully use an X-Acto blade to get it started. The acrylic panels were delicate, especially when sliding them into place, but the little hammer included was surprisingly helpful for securing the top part (though I was but nervous about cracking the glass while I hammered the top into place.)One downside, for the overall packaging, it's the lack of a wall plug, I know modern phones don't include one but you too? You’ll need an old phone USB plug to connect the USB power cable to turn on the display lights, which is a bit inconvenient. Also, while the gaps between the panels are tiny, they’re not completely dustproof... I guess I'll probably seal them with glue or something.Despite these minor flaws, my Gundam RX-78-2 PG Unleashed 1/60 fits perfectly (maybe a little too precise), and the case looks great overall. It’s a solid display solution with a few quirks to work around for the overall price (gunpla display cases go over 100 bucks, this was a nice alternative.)Update::It seems that the red tape is some kind of glue that you separate from the red plastic. I used it to cover the gaps between each acrylic sheet.

Quality product.
Fits my wife's two American Girl 18" dolls & stands. I was surprised by the quality of this stand. The instructions leave much to be desired. I still don't know where to use the double sided tape? I'd buy this again

A pain but passable
At first was mad cause I thought the glass panels were foggy and not clear but you gotta really look hard and peel the film off. The other part was assembly, the panels do not align with the holes on the base, had to get a knife and widen them out a bit to fit, was a headache. Also was missing 2 corner clamps for a total of 4, hopefully the 2 hold up.

Too Many Pieces for This
Two lighting options (LED light with remote control set of 3; and, firecracker lights); a round plastic disc which seemed to serve no purpose; a roll of tape and printed instructions relative to installing the braces each of the sides requires to be held together. No clear instructions for affixing/installing lighting. Link to video wasn't any more helpful or complete than the printed paper instruction. Dimensions aren't correct ether - it's almost 18" tall, not 14 as stated in the description. Looking for a better option.
