Not worth it - it barely heats up - my estie left it on for days and it seems the lower half gets really really hot but the mid to top doesn’tNow I’ll have to purchase a new one

The price is what made me buy this warmer since my expensive $100 one crapped out after only a number of uses. I love this one as a back up, because it’s affordable, and warms up a little slow, but perfect temp after that. Had a low medium high which is ok, although I prefer to set the temp exact. The pad it’s self is on the thinner side and the material not great, but I don’t mind that since it’s covered with multiple layers of protectors and sheets.Overall I highly recommend it for a back up or starter heating pad, and I have no complaints!

The warner works great under my vinal cover on my massage table and while I live in a hot climate every who gets a massage from me loves it

I ordered this earlier this autumn ahead of the cold weather for my office massage table. Everything arrived on time and without any damage or questionable appearance. I followed the usage instructions, including turning off and unplugging from the outlet when not in use. The first time a little over a week after using, it stopped working even after trying other outlets. I'm giving at least 2 stars because when it did work, it worked well to keep the table at a cozy temperature (just comfortably warm), and when I requested a replacement, the business did so quickly and in about less than a week I received the replacement. Unfortunately, after about a week again of use at work, I plugged it in to turn it on to get ready for the first client that week, and the LED power indicator light wouldn't come on no matter which setting it was switched to, and wouldn't warm up, even after a few tries of switching it back to "off" and unplugging it to try again. Ultimately I am decided to return this item and not seek a replacement again due to repeat problems.

I take this with me for a weekly massage. I place a beach towel over it to protect it from the oil but there is no cutout for the "face hole" that is on the table. It does help keep me warmer during the massage but it doesn't get very warm. I would like it if it were either warmer or had the face cutout and a higher density of heating elements that I could grab to warm my hands near the top.
