The media could not be loaded. The extra straps meant I could use this around my chunky thighs. They're around a size 22 UK women's. I have arthritis in both knees and post chondral defect behind the knee caps. I have a lot of pain in them and I find heat helps relieve it a bit.I bought the pair and so far I find they heat well. I am wearing thin leggings underneath to avoid the red light burns people are experiencing.When hot you can't feel the heat from the outside. So if your hand touched it you wouldn't get burned. It arrived fully charged. It comes with a usb c to usb wire. No plug. If your phone has that charging cable then that's another option to use. When full it says "FU" which I assume is for "full" and not an insult hahaIt fits comfortably around my larger leg which I was concerned about. I'm very relieved that I had no problem with the extra straps.I had a quick look at the instructions but it's pretty easy to figure out.0 minutes means it keeps working until you turn it off or the battery dies. I can't say if it helps with pain yet but if it doesn't I'll return to adjust my review and have a whine.If I don't return assume I'm living a better life because of these haha I hope these help you if you choose to get them.

I been very sceptical about it but decided to try as the price is pretty good , when I received I was surprised by pretty good quality of plastic and functionality for the price you pay. It does have timer and different heat levels and make it great for the value. Very easy to use and also does have few extra straps for wider knee I believe. Comfort is good but a bit limited because of the fabrics.

Heats up well and definitely helped relieve pain, but the battery would only charge to 87% (even when left on for hours), and battery is empty after ~30 minutes of use.

As an 83 year old it took a while to figure out how to use it ( actually I now find it very easy ) the main thing to remember is to fully charge it, do not be impatient please, I have need of a replacement knee which I will not be able to get because of the probs with NHS, however, the joint stiffness and pain is eased dramatically by this knee support, also I can use it on my shoulder and anywhere I have pain, its great, one can have the heating on centigrade or farenheit, which if I chose to change I would get my son to do it for me, I thoroughly recommend this product. enjoy.

I don’t know whether the unit was faulty or not.I followed the instructions, I fully charged it up prior to its first use. The charge lasted less than 10 minutes. I fully charged it again, this time it took all night. It seemed to be stuck on 87% charge for approx 5 hrs and then all of a sudden it jumped to full. Again the charge lasted for approx 10 minutes. More time charging than wearing!

Bought for my wife and she says they are marvellous, stops her knees aching.
